Dr D.K Aggarwal is associated with SMC since its inception as a promoter. He has made a huge
contribution in accomplishing the growth of the Organization and has
led SMC to grow into a multi-dimensional company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of
India (ICAI). He is National President of PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PHDCCI), a 115
years old apex chamber of India.
He is also former President of the Commodity Participants Association of India. Dr Aggarwal has
helped the Company grow into its
present diverse structure leading a host of businesses. Innovation in offerings, branding,
research and arbitrage are his forte....
Dr Aggarwal has a rich experience of 28 years in Equity, Derivatives, Commodity,
Debt, Forex, Real Estate, Fund Management and Risk Management.
His leadership qualities have helped him manage, control and supervise a large number of

Mr. Ayush Aggarwal is a young and dynamic leader who has established himself as a visionary with a profound impact on the financial markets. He has been managing and heading the portfolio management activities at SMC Private Wealth, where he ensures that every SMC client benefits significantly from his practical and pragmatic views.
His MBA degree from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai has helped him in gaining an in-depth understanding of the various macro and micro factors driving the economy and financial markets. Mr. Aggarwal has developed a keen eye for identifying high growth as well as fundamentally strong companies. He has time and again addressed various platforms through his interviews and articles in various reputed media such as Economic Times, CNBC TV18, Zee News to name a few. Under his able leadership, SMC’s SEBI registered PMS Growth scheme returned a CAGR of over 30% for the last three years as on 31st march 2023.

Ms Anshika Aggarwal, Whole Time Director, SMC Investments and Advisors Ltd. is driving SMC’s loan distribution business, IndiakaLoan.com. She is contributing towards positioning SMC as a leading player in the Real Estate Advisory business, activating the company’s advisory function and also overseeing the treasury business of SMC.
She carries with her entrepreneurial experience, running a fashion social commerce startup, Modestreet Fashion as Co-Promoter and Director for one year. Before this, she was with Ernst & Young for nearly 4 years in business tax and regulatory consultancy.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, holding a B.Com (Hons.) degree from Delhi University; she is also a member of Young Business Leaders Forum – PHD CCI.
Mr. S.S Bansal

Mr S.S Bansal is a law graduate and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has wide and rich experience of more than 20 years on matters regulating the securities market, consultancy for financial management, corporate governance, corporate law and tax planning.
Mr Bansal has also developed good financial planning skills and advise high net worth clients on investment ideas and assist them in their portfolio management and tax planning.
